Koivukylä Health Centre provides medical supplies distribution. We advise you to order your supplies well in advance. Calling us: - When you call, choose a language: Finnish or Swedish. - You can avoid queuing and submit a callback request once you hear a recorded message about the callback service. You can leave a callback request on the appointment booking number on Mon-Fri at 10.00-12.00. We will call you back as soon as possible during the same working day. - You can choose our service point in Vantaa or in Kerava. The medical supplies distribution service in Kerava uses a callback service, which is open 24/7 at 09 4191 1210. Please include the following information in your voicemail: date of birth, name, personal identity code and order of supplies. We will call you back if we have questions about your order. - The service point in Koivukylä, Vantaa, is open on Mon-Fri at 9.00-10.00. The service uses queue numbers. Queuing: - If you want, you can stay on the phone queue. - If you do not leave a callback request and you disconnect the call while in queue, you will lose your place in the queue. In other words, new callers are placed in the back of the queue. Picking up your order: - From Koivukylä Health Centre at Karsikkokuja 15 (info desk on 1st floor) on Mon, Wed, Fri at 7.30-16.00 and Tue, Thu at 7.30-18.00. Please note that on the eve of public holidays, the pick-up closes at 16.00. Show your Kela card and check that you have received the correct medical supplies. If you are acting on behalf of someone else, you will need their written consent. - From a Posti office (currently only available in Vantaa): Request that your order is delivered to a parcel machine (Smartpost) or a pickup point. Check the pickup locations on Posti's website. Make the search using the postal code of the delivery address and select the following services: Pickup points and Parcel lockers.
