Cancelling an appointment You can cancel your appointment by sending a text message to 040 5744555 at the latest on the same day before the reception. Please note that the number cannot be called. In addition, the chat for the hearing impaired offers guidance on health centre services from Monday to Friday at 8.00-14.00. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please remember to cancel it. A fee of 51,50 € will be charged for missed appointments. The fee may be charged even if the service is free of charge.
