Cancelling an appointment You can cancel your appointment by sending a text message to 040 194 1951 at the latest on the same day before the reception. Please note that the number cannot be called. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please remember to cancel it. A fee of 73,70 € will be charged for missed appointments. The fee may be charged even if the service is free of charge.
