Cancelling an appointment You can cancel your appointment by sending a text message to 040 194 1951 at the latest on the same day before the reception. Please note that the number cannot be called. Include the following information in your message: - first and last name - first part of your personal identity code - appointment information (date, time, health centre) Appointments that can be cancelled: - health centre appointments (nurse's and doctor's appointments, procedure appointments) - contraception clinic appointments (nurse's and doctor's appointments, procedure appointments) - diabetes unit appointments Appointment booking for the deaf either electronically through the Click symptom electronic symptom survey or via SMS to the number 040 194 1951. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please remember to cancel it. A fee of 73,70 € will be charged for missed appointments. The fee may be charged even if the service is free of charge. Appointments that cannot be cancelled by calling the number: - oral health care appointments - rehabilitation appointments (including physio-, occupational and nutritional therapy) - laboratory appointments (HUS Laboratory) - X-ray appointments (HUS Imaging) You can also cancel your appointment online in Maisa at least 24 hours before the appointment.
