Note! If you already have a designated responsible worker, call the number they have provided. Service point assistance for new clients: If you are a new client and do not yet have a designated responsible worker, you can come to our service point without an appointment on weekdays at 10.00-14.00. Service point assistance for clients with appointments or in crisis situations: On weekdays at 8.15-16.00, we serve customers by appointment. We also handle on-call matters during office hours. Such sudden and unexpected crisis situations may include, for example, the threat of domestic violence or the need to secure housing after a fire or other accident.
