Service point description
You're welcome at Pysäkki, no appointment needed, Mon-Fri 9.00-15.00. You can bring a support person. Our services are anonymous, and sobriety isn't required. At Pysäkki, we'll assess your situation and treatment options, offering discussion help, guidance, and treatment assessments tailored to your preferences. We involve you and your support network in planning your treatment, providing various individual and group sessions, along with peer support. We can also refer you for detox or substitution treatment assessments. Our team comprises registered nurses, social instructors, practical nurses, social workers, social therapists, and a doctor, all equipped to address mental health concerns. We collaborate closely with the Youth Station and other organisations. We also support those concerned about a loved one's substance use, offering assistance to parents, guardians, relatives, and friends of young individuals. Our services are confidential, voluntary, and interpreter services are available. Our services are free of charge. In life-threatening situations like overdoses or alcohol poisoning, dial 112 or contact the Medical Helpline at 116 117 or seek immediate medical attention at an emergency department.
