Service point description
Kipparintalo is located in Kalasatama close to the sea and nature, by Mustikkamaa. Kipparintalo accommodates 15 adults with developmental disabilities. Kipparintalo was born from the Savulaiset association's initiative, which led to the beginning of the construction of the building and the planning of operations in cooperation with the City of Helsinki and Setlementtiasunnot. Kipparintalo provides communal service housing and round-the-clock service housing. The communal service housing provided is suitable for those who need moderate help, support and guidance. Our round-the-clock service housing clients need more substantial help. At Kipparintalo, such clients are on the autism spectrum. Our workers are present around the clock.
