Service point description

The soft sands of Lauttasaari beach can be found on the southern side of Lauttasaari, only about a 10-minute walk from the Lauttasaari metro station. You can check the water quality, temperature and blue-green algae situation of the beach via the ulkoliikunta.fi map service during the summer season. Lifeguards supervise the beach during the beach season. The beach has dressing rooms, showers and toilet facilities, as well as basketball and mini basketball courts, a beach volleyball court, outdoor exercise area and gym, and a café. How to get there: There is no car park near the beach, but cars can be parked along the streets. You can also easily reach the beach by public transport.

Lifeguard on duty

Services: dressing rooms, showers, toilet facilities, play area, beach volley court, café, outdoor gym, local exercise area and basketball and mini basketball courts. The toilet facilities can be found in the café and will be open during the café service hours. The dressing rooms are open during the lifeguards' working hours, but are closed about half an hour before their working time ends.
