• The route to the playground area

  • The 3 accessible parking spaces are located in the parking area under 20 meters from the playground gate. The width of the parking space is at least 3.6 meters.

  • The pick-up and drop-off area is located under 10 meters from the playground gate.

  • A smooth and sufficiently wide fine crushed rock or sand route leads to the playground gate. The route is illuminated.

• Playground area

  • The playground is surrounded by a metal fence. Inside the fence there are fine-crushed rock or sand-surfaced walkways. The entire play area is illuminated.

  • The playground has an information board that can be accessed by a wheelchair. The information board can also be looked at up close.

  • The playground has swings, a slide, a sandbox, a canopy, a climbing frame.

  • The swings: The swings are situated at the edge of the areaThere is a wood fence around the swing area. A wet pour rubber safety surface has been installed under the swings. The play area also has a safety swing for a small child.

  • The slide: There is space for a wheelchair around the slide. .Safety sand has been installed under the slide. The slide can be accessed along the stairs.

  • The sandbox: The edge of the sandbox is high enough off the ground to make the sandbox wheelchair accessible. The sandbox features a plank that children can use to reach the sand when lying down on their stomachs.

  • The canopy: The entrance to the canopy is wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair. There are no tables or benches under the canopy.

  • The climbing frame: Safety sand has been installed under the climbing frame.

• Playground building

  • The entrance of the playground building is hard to perceive but illuminated

  • The doors connected to the entrance are hard to perceive. Outside the door there is sufficient room for moving e.g. with a wheelchair. The door opens easily manually.

  • The activities take place on the entrance floor.

  • The doors in the facility stand out clearly.
