Service point description

Playground Kannelmäki is located close to nature between the Kannelmäki Church and comprehensive school. The playground is easily accessible by public transport and several gravel roads for pedestrians lead to the playground. The playground is a place where families with babies and children can play, exercise and meet each other around the year either indoors or outdoors. In addition to sandboxes, swings and various climbing frames, playground features: - Separate fenced yard for small children - Basketball hoop - Playing field with football goals on a sand bed - Floorball goals and equipment - Baby changing table - Waterplay area with showers, pumps etc. (in summer) Families with babies and children can meet other families at playgrounds, while children can find new friends to play with. Diverse and free-of-charge guided activities are organised at playgrounds in the mornings. You can heat your own food and make coffee and tea at the playground. Our activities are free of charge and based on Helsinki's curriculum for early childhood education and care.
