Service point description
There are three rehabilitation communities in Luoto: the men's rehabilitation community Kummeli, the women's rehabilitation community Kaisla and the Maininki community. Our Luoto team includes social instructors, nurses, instructors, a social therapist, occupational therapist and psychologist. A doctor is available once a week. Peer support is a central part of activities. Activities are provided on weekdays from 8-16, but staff are available round-the-clock. You can seek rehabilitation in Luoto through the Substance Abuse Outpatient clinic, Youth Substance Abuse Service Pysäkki, Jelppi or follow-up rehabilitation of Substance Abuse Services. The Luoto Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Unit is located on the grounds of Aurora Hospital.
